Our Company Quality Policy

Our general policy is to operate a regional service offering a specialist grounds maintenance solution.

Our organisation is dedicated to complying, upholding, maintaining and where possible improving our quality control procedures working within the guiding principle of IS0 9002 & ISO 14001.

The main principals of which our quality policy is constructed are found below. We at External Environment Services strive to uphold and meet these principals to further increase the experience of our customers:

  • > To provide a service that fulfils the requirements of our clients.

  • > To provide all our staff as far as is reasonably practical with healthy and safe working conditions and to ensure that all work is carried out without risk to health and safety of employees and members of the general public.

  • > To continuously monitor and analyse quality indicators which provide the feedback to enable quality improvements against contractual requirements and customer expectations.
